Returns

We accept returns for products purchased directly from wegym.com within 30 days of delivery. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this 30-day period.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in the same condition as received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • All parts, components, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required 

WeGym reserves the right to refuse returns or apply additional deductions if items are:

  • Used or damaged
  • Missing parts or original packaging
  • Not returned in resaleable condition
  • Lost or damaged during return transit 

Return Shipping Responsibility

If the return is due to shipping damage, fulfillment error, or a verified product defect, WeGym will cover return shipping costs.

For all other returns (including change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Please note that many of our products are oversized or heavy, and return shipping costs may be significant.

Return Processing Fees

To help offset inspection, handling, and repackaging costs, the following return processing fees may apply to approved voluntary returns:

  • $3 processing fee for unopened products returned in original, sealed packaging
  • $5 processing fee for opened products returned in resellable condition 

Return processing fees are assessed per order and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Marketplace Purchases

For products purchased through Amazon or other authorized marketplaces, please refer to the return policy of the specific marketplace where your order was placed.

Refunds

Refunds are available for eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Please include:

  • Order number (or email address used at checkout)
  • Clear photo(s) of the product
  • A brief explanation of the reason for return (1–3 lines) 

Our team will review your request and provide next steps.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is delivered to our facility:

  1. The item will be inspected.
  2. You will be notified of the refund status.
  3. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. 

Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for inspection and processing after the return has been received. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to WeGym error or verified defect.
  • Return shipping costs for voluntary returns are the responsibility of the customer.
