1. My Order Has Not Arrived

Most orders are delivered within standard carrier transit times. If your order has not arrived after 8 business days, please:

  1. Check your tracking information for the latest delivery updates.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly for additional delivery details.

  3. If you still need assistance, email us at support@wegym.com with your order number.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered or signed for but you have not received it, please contact both the carrier and our support team. We will review the shipment details and assist you in resolving the issue.

Note: Replacement shipments are issued only after verification of carrier information and claim review.

2. How Do I Return A Damaged or Defective Item?

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging.

  2. Email support@wegym.com with your order number and photos attached.

Our team will review the information and provide next steps, including return instructions if applicable. Return locations may vary depending on your region.

3. My Order is Missing Items or Part

If your order appears incomplete:

  • First confirm that your items were not shipped in multiple packages (check your tracking details).

  • If parts are still missing, contact support@wegym.com with your order number and a description of the missing item(s).

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution as appropriate.

4. I Received the Incorrect Item

If you received an item different from what appears in your order confirmation:

Take clear photos of:
  1. The item received
  2. The shipping label
  3.  The SKU if visible

Email the photos along with your order number to support@wegym.com.

Our team will review the issue and provide instructions for return or replacement.

5. No Longer Want the Item Ordered

Item Not Yet Fulfilled

Orders are typically fulfilled within a few hours of being placed. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, please contact support immediately. We will do our best to cancel the order before shipment; however, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Item Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy and contact support for return instructions once the item is delivered.

Item In Transit

If your package is already in transit, please accept delivery and keep the item unopened in its original packaging. Contact our support team at support@wegym.com to initiate a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

6. Can I Change Order Information?

Order changes (including shipping address updates) can only be made before fulfillment.

Because orders are typically fulfilled within a few hours, we recommend reviewing your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order has already been marked as “Fulfilled,” changes may no longer be possible. In this case, please accept delivery and contact support@wegym.com to discuss available return options.

7. Where Do We Ship To?

Orders placed directly on wegym.com ship within the United States (including territories) and Canada.

For customers in Japan, Singapore, and Australia, WeGym products are available through official Amazon marketplaces in those regions.

For large or special orders outside these areas, please contact us at support@wegym.com.
