We believe movement is more powerful when people come together.
Across cities and communities, instructors, organizers, and wellness partners are creating experiences that go beyond traditional fitness spaces by bringing movement into parks, rooftops, studios, workplaces, and everyday gathering spaces.
The WeGym Community Gear Program was created to support those experiences.
Through shared access to WeGym equipment via local community lockers, we help make events easier to host, more welcoming, and more accessible for anyone who wants to show up and move.
How It Works
Step 2: Get Approved
Our team reviews your request based on event fit and equipment availability.
Step 3: Receive Locker Access
Approved partners receive pickup instructions and secure locker access information.
Step 4: Pick Up, Host, Return
Pick up the equipment, host your event, and return the gear according to the agreed timeline.
