WeGym co-founder & VP Kameron Kicklighter is a therapeutic foster parent specializing in trans youth placements. We have seen, up close, what happens to trans kids when the adults and systems around them disappear and what's possible when someone stays.

We also believe fitness is gender-affirming care. A gym should be one of the safest places a trans person can walk into, not one of the scariest. We're committed to making this a reality

Why Trans Lifeline

Trans Lifeline takes no federal money. Community fundraising is its lifeline and right now, that lifeline has never mattered more.

The largest crisis line in North America staffed entirely by trans operators
Provided over $1.5M in direct microgrants for name and gender-marker changes

June 2026: every dollar raised goes directly to Trans Lifeline. WeGym will be donating an initial $5,000 to kick off the fundraiser plus matching the community donations for the month.
Beyond June: we're building our trans-inclusive locker and facility program so partner gyms can be genuine safe spaces for trans members
