Refund policy

RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

**Returns and Replacements are only accepted for products purchased from the WeGym website or from a certified WeGym retailer or event.**

If you are not 100% Satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange it for another one. You can return a product up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

To complete a return and/or exchange, send an email to contact@wegymfit.com with the following info:

  1. Your order confirmation number. Order must be placed within 30 days of sending email.
  2. The specific product(s) and whether you are requesting a refund or a product replacement.
  3. Photo(s) of the product, including photos of any specific issues or defects.
  4. A brief description of why you are returning the product. Please be specific if there is a specific issue or defect.

 

Once we receive this info we will send you a return slip so you can send the product back to us. Products MUST be returned to receive a refund OR a replacement. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and initiate a refund OR send you a replacement item.
