Shipping FAQ
1. What countries do you ship to?
USA and Canada at the moment, but be patient, we are expanding to your country soon!
2. Do you ship to P.O. Box address?- We cannot ship to P. O Box addresses at the moment due to the size of our packages, please use a physical address (home or work address) when you place an order.
3. Where do I find my tracking number?
- Your tracking number will be sent via email after we fulfill your order. If you cannot find it after 3 days, just send us an email and we are here to help: support@wegymfitness.zendesk.com.
4. What should I do if I have not received my product after 8 business days?
- If the package has been marked as delivered/signed for, but you have not received the product, please contact the carrier and our support at support@wegymfitness.zendesk.com with your order number. We will help you resolve the issue.
5. Can I change my shipping destination after placing an order?
- No, unfortunately, we cannot change shipping addresses once you have placed your order. Please confirm your information before you make an order.
