Shipping FAQ
1. What countries do you ship to?
Orders placed directly on wegym.com ship free within the contiguous United States.
This includes all 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.
For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $500, with no weight restrictions. Eligible locations include:
Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Palau.
International Shipping
WeGym products are also available in select international markets through Amazon, including:
- Amazon Japan
- Amazon Singapore
- Amazon Australia
Please note that availability, shipping rates, and delivery timelines may vary by marketplace.
We’re actively working to expand our global reach and hope to offer direct international shipping in the future.
2. Do you ship to P.O. Box address?
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses due to the size and weight of our packages.
Please provide a valid physical address (residential or commercial) at checkout to ensure successful delivery.
3. Where do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been processed and fulfilled.
If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you’re still unable to locate it, contact us at support@wegym.com with your order number and our team will be happy to assist.
4. What should I do if I have not received my product after 8 business days?
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier transit times and destination.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered or signed for but you have not received it, please:

First contact the shipping carrier directly to confirm delivery details.

We will work with you and the carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
5. Can I change my shipping destination after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been placed.
To avoid delivery issues, please carefully review your shipping details before completing your purchase.
