Warranty Policy
30-Day Limited Warranty
WeGym products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies to products purchased directly from:
www.wegymfit.com -
Official WeGym storefronts on Amazon (including authorized regional marketplaces)
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
If a defect arises within 30 days of purchase, WeGym will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product at no additional cost to the customer.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, third-party resellers, or non-official listings are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper handling, or neglect
- Damage caused by dropping, slamming, or improper storage
- Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs
- Accidental damage or environmental exposure
- Commercial use beyond intended product design (if applicable)
Electronic Products
For electronic products, this warranty is void if:
- Firmware or software has been modified
- The device housing has been opened
- The product has been disassembled or tampered with
- The product has been repaired by an unauthorized party
- The device has been used outside of normal operating conditions
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Our team may request photos, videos, or additional details to properly assess the issue before determining eligibility.
Beyond 30 Days
This warranty is strictly limited to the first 30 days after purchase.
Requests submitted after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at WeGym’s discretion. While coverage cannot be guaranteed beyond 30 days, our team is always happy to assist with troubleshooting and product care guidance.
